drzeus.cx :: initscripts-vpn

This package has been scrapped. Since there is a great OSS VPN solution I saw little point in keeping this package running. Instead I've written routines for integrating OpenVPN with initscripts. See the openvpn projects in the menu.

A VPN (Virtual Private Network) solution using OpenSSH and PPP. Since these are installed on most systems it's pretty easy to setup. Integrates with Red Hat's initscripts for ease of use. It does however require you to install the patched initscripts-generic.

For usage see the README file included in the package.

Stores host keys in /etc/sysconfig/networking/vpn/.ssh/known_hosts and doesn't stall when there is no key present.
vpnsh fixed to work with newer versions of OpenSSH.
Owner attributes changed for the directories.
